Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

There are no returns or exchanges as most of my work is custom, however, please contact me if you have any issues at all. If something arrives broken or damaged please send me a photo of both the item and the packaging so that a claim may be filed before reproducing the item.

Any purchases made that are not customized may be returned within a 7 day period (we do not pay for return shipping). If the item is returned undamaged a full refund will be provided. **
